A young woman from Bridport has successfully opened her own catering business as a result of undertaking work-based learning. Chef Abbi Ives is the proprietor of the recently launched Egg Cup Tea Rooms in Swyre, a business she opened whilst taking an Advanced Apprenticeship in Food Preparation and Cooking.
