Tracey Reed and Blanche Adams, Paragon and ITE Training’s two hairdressing programme managers, were amongst the first in the industry to be presented with a prestigious award at London’s Salon International Exhibition. The duo received the City and Guilds Licentiateship award, presented by celebrity stylist Joshua Galvin, in recognition of their achievements.
